We meticulously select high-quality tobacco leaves from trusted growers. Each batch is evaluated for its flavour profile, texture, and consistency. Upon arrival at our facility, tobacco leaves undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our quality criteria before processing begins. Advanced cutting machines are employed to process the tobacco into precise sizes. Our technology allows for uniform cuts that enhance the smoking experience. After cutting, the tobacco is shredded to achieve the desired texture. This step ensures the tobacco burns evenly and delivers consistent flavour.
